Data you provide on registration: email address, username (nickname), in-game name, date and month of birth, game account and server data.

Data generated while using the Service: IP address, device and browser information, push notification identifiers, activity history within the Service.

The messages you exchange in chats and the files you upload. Direct message and channel text is encrypted in your browser (E2E): the keys never leave your device and are not accessible to us, so such a conversation cannot be read on the server. Attachments (images) are encrypted in transit only (TLS) and stored on the server as uploaded.

We process data to: provide the Service features (login, chats, alliances, voice rooms); deliver notifications; provide support and answer requests; ensure security and prevent abuse; meet legal requirements.

Data is stored on servers in the Russian Federation. Retention periods are determined by the purposes of processing and legal requirements; after account deletion your data is removed except where retention is explicitly required by law.

To run the Service we may share data with a limited set of processors: hosting provider, push notification provider (Expo, Google Firebase — only on devices with Google services), audio streaming provider (LiveKit). Transfers are made under confidentiality terms and only to the extent needed to provide the services.

To operate, the Service stores on your device: language settings (locally), access tokens (in the secure storage of mobile devices), push notification subscriptions. You can clear this data at any time via device settings.

Under Law No. 152-FZ you have the right to: obtain information about how your data is processed; request correction, blocking or deletion; withdraw consent to processing; delete your account.

To exercise your rights, write to our support email (see the "support" section of the Service). We will respond within 10 business days as required by law.

We apply organizational and technical safeguards: encryption in transit (TLS), end-to-end encryption for chats, restricted access to data, and regular backups.

We may update this Policy. The current version is always available at https://doomsdaychat.ru/en/privacy/. By continuing to use the Service after changes are posted you accept the updated Policy.
