Terms of Service

By registering you confirm that the data you provided is accurate. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe; transferring your account to third parties is prohibited.

The Service is intended for users aged 16 and older.

You agree not to publish or transmit content that: violates the laws of the Russian Federation or the rights of third parties, contains threats, calls to violence, extremism, discrimination, spam, malware, or content prohibited by the rules of Doomsday: Last Survivors.

The administration may remove such content, restrict access to it and block violators without prior notice.

The Service moderates user-generated content. You can report a violation through the "Support" section. Complaints are reviewed within a reasonable time, usually up to 72 hours.

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with any device, or absence of errors. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses caused by using the Service, including data loss.

We are not a party to your gameplay and are not responsible for the actions of other users in chats and voice rooms.

The Service is currently free. If paid features are introduced they will be described separately, and purchases will be available through official app stores.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are settled in court at the location of the Service operator.

We may change these Terms. The current version is published at https://doomsdaychat.ru/en/terms/ and takes effect upon publication.
